Blessing’s Concrete Designs “Like & Comment to Win” Giveaway

Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Blessing’s Concrete Designs, located in Kinsman, Ohio 44428. (“Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, or representatives of Blessing’s Concrete Designs and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household members) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

Entries open on October 27, 2025, and close at 11:59 PM ET on November 27, 2025. The winner will be randomly selected and announced on or around November 28, 2025 on our official Facebook Page.

4. How to Enter

To enter:
1️⃣ Like the official Giveaway post and the Blessing’s Concrete Designs Facebook Page.
2️⃣ Comment on the Giveaway post telling us your favorite thing about the Cleveland Browns (or just say “Go Browns!”).

✅ That’s it! No purchase necessary.
Sharing the post is appreciated but not required and does not affect your chances of winning.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a custom round Cleveland Browns coffee table, handcrafted from decorative concrete with hair-pin steel legs.

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $300 USD

  • Delivery is included within our service area (Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania).

  • No cash alternative or substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion if the prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or around November 28, 2025.

The potential winner will be notified by Facebook direct message and announced publicly on our Facebook Page. If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within 7 days, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

  • No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms Inc.

  • By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Facebook, Meta, and Blessing’s Concrete Designs, along with their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability arising out of participation or acceptance of the prize.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond its control affect the integrity or fairness of the promotion.

  • Entries that violate Facebook community standards or contain inappropriate content will be disqualified.

9. Publicity & Permissions

By entering, participants grant Blessing’s Concrete Designs permission to use their name, likeness, and/or comments for marketing or promotional purposes (including Facebook, Instagram, and website features) without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Trumbull County, Ohio.

12. Winner List

To request the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
